Shipping & Returns
Due to the current events (COVID-19) we will be temporarily closing our warehouse which may cause delays in shipping and receiving of products. Please be patient in these times and if you have any additional questions contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
**We pack and ship within 48h of order. Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on the items in your cart and your postcode/zip code.** Previous policy.
Our orders are shipped via Canada Post. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. If there are any changes to your order we will be in contact directly with you.
All shipping promotions will only apply to North America.
We have a 30 Day Return Policy: If within 30 days you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the return shipping and handling cost.
Please contact us at email@example.com for more information on the return costs and to arrange return shipping labels. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply.Items must be returned in original packaging and product condition.
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If a defect or fault is found within 30 days we will provide a full refund or exchange of product. We will provide shipping. Exchange will only be processed for the same size blades ordered.
