Refund policy
30 Day Return Policy: If within 30 days you decide to return your item, we will refund the original purchase price, less then the cost of return shipping and handling fee.
Please contact us at info@crystalclearblades.com for more information on the return costs and to arrange return shipping labels. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in original packaging and product condition.
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchange
If you choose the wrong blade size and they do not fit on arrival you can exchange the blades by contacting us at info@crystalclearblades.com.
Defects Refund
If a defect or fault is found within 30 days we will provide a full refund or exchange of the product. We will provide shipping. The exchange will only be processed for the same size blades ordered.
